Paper visa for China by Thomas cook

I had booked a package from Thomas cook for China holidays for myself & my wife. Thomas cook provided us Paper visa for china along with hotel booking, airline booking & Insurance. My flight booked was via Singapore airline SQ421 Mumbai to Singapore & Singapore to Shanghai SQ826 for 6th Sept, 2023 at 11:45 am. When we reached Mumbai Airport for immigration counter they rejected Paper visa provided to me by Thomas cook travel agent and Immigration officer said, we don’t have valid visa to travel. Immigration officer asked for Stampled Chinese visa on passport which Thomas cook did not provide us. Thomas cook provided with the wrong visa & because of it we could not travel and faced a lot of hardship at the airport. My contact no. is 9869465652.
