Rude Behavior of the airline staff

On 29th December 2023, I was checking Omanair flight WY0284 to Muscat from Bangalore. My check in baggage weight was 10.5kg and 19.6kg. The staff said my excess baggage which is 1 kg after rounding off (11kg & 20 kg). (surprised by the rounding off method). The staff was insisting me to pay 5kg fee with rude attitude. I refused to pay and it was stressful for me.. How can a passenger bring exactly 30kg. Apart from that being a senior citizen, travelling for 48 years all over the world, never faced such harassment. What is the point of having such a award winning airport with not friendly services by the airline staff.
