I went to buy water and no one was interested to take the order and serve they kept passing me from person to person which was really shocking and surprising that they didnt care.
Never came across such a lazy people who had 0 interest in customer.
Mumbai not only serve those passengers but this is the impression we are crating for the rest of the world which is ridiculous..
I was so angry and wanted to speak to someone higher up couldn’t due to flight departure.
This is unacceptable and action is needed against thos staff members.
