Total chaos at check-in counter

I was in line in zone J for luggage dropping, this morning, and there were some people cutting all the line and just getting in without anyone from the staff of the airport saying anything, even creating some jam in the way of other costumers of the airport and blocking all the passage. There were three girls from the airport staff who were just there chatting and doing nothing and when I told them, they just said that I should go and tell to the check-in staff, which doesn’t make any sense, also because I would have lost my place in the line and also it wouldn’t be my job. Some people even took off one of the stripes that limit the lines and created their own “fast track line” without the security doing anything. Only after a while another very though security woman noticed and put them in their place but she couldn’t manage to do all the work by herself. The situation even led to some costumers fight for this reason. So I find all this very disturbing and disrespectful for the people who actually woke up at 5am and respect the line and to this lonely working hard lady from the staff and to the general image of mumbai airport. Probably educating all the staff to do that job of telling the people who cut the line where the line actually starts instead of just giving a one word indication every ten minutes. It’s shouldn’t be the costumers job to avoid chaos but someone from the airport staff’s job.
