Due to missed flight from Istanbul, the airport authority did not release the baggage due to Final destination in India. According to them the baggage is still there in Istanbul and it will be released upon correspondence from Mumbai airport lost and found report/communication.
Option 1:
Our final destination is in Ahmedabad and we would like to receive luggage at Ahmedabad airport or at our home address (36 sursangam society (maulik tenaments), Ahmedabad, 380015, Gujarat, India).
Option 2:
transfer it to new flight ticket of Etihad attached.
