Black hard material suitcase of VIP brand

I had my flight to LHR London from Indore airport via Mumbai international airport terminal 2. My initial flight was Indigo from Indore airport. My 2 luggage (VS 312553977 & VS 312553978) and I were through checked at Indore Airport and I was told by Indigo (6E) airline staff that I will get them directly at LHR London airport. I arrived at Mumbai domestic airport terminal 1. They sent me through bus at terminal 2 where I had my Virgin atlantic flight to LHR. I directly went to the gate 71 as I had boarding pass received at Indore airport from Indigo airline. After arriving LHR I have just received 1 luggage out of 2. My lost luggage tag number is VS 0312553978, sequence number 0067 it is black color VIP brand large suitcase.
