My name is Shyju George presently working in Israel. I sent my laptop of hp company to my home town Kerala through one of my friends mr Shiju Mathew passport number P6074576 who was travelling from Israel to kerala. PNR number is RW10GA8481. He had a connected flight from mumbai to kannur in Go Air 6E591 at 10:35 on 20 January 2025. For security checking he put the laptop into the tray for scanning but forgot to take the laptop from the tray after the scanning and he entered into the flight. May i request you to inform me how can the laptop be collected from the airport please.
