Dear Team,
My parents travelled from Dubai to mumbai on 3rd May and from Mumbai to Coimbatore on 4th May through Air India.
After reaching Coimbatore they realised that one of their baggages and one musical instrument had been missing. When contacted the airlines, hey had been notified that the luggages had been left behind and would be sent in the next possible flights.
However it’s been two days and we have not received the baggages yet.
i request you to let us know in case you could help us on the same. Please find the details attached.
