My Osprey fairview 70L black backpack with a pink strap has not been taken to Bangkok from Mumbai which was our connecting flight. We have been in Bangkok nearly 3 days now and had no update from Bangkok airport, Kenya Airways or Mumbai Airport. Apparently, Bangkok airport have requested for the backpack to be flown over but there is no urgency at all. This is my luggage that I need for a 6 month trip. Please can this be looked into urgently?
