Details of the item lost

Hi, 

I was travelling from MUM to LHR on 29th August with British Airways.

One of my checked-in bag is missing. Its a purple hard shell upright american tourister 4 wheeled suitcase. I have lodged the complaint with BA.

My parents are travelling from same airport tomorrow morning. Is there a way they can check the lost-found bags for my bag?

Please help me find the bag as it contains things with great emotional value.
