ID Card Retained at Check-in Counter Terminal 2 Mumbai airport –
PNR No: S5Q34H BOM – CNN 18 Aug 2024 , around between 8 Am – 9. 15 AM
I am writing to report an issue that occurred during my check-in for Flight 6E 6087 (PNR No: S5Q34H) with IndiGo Airlines.
At the check-in counter, the IndiGo airline staff took my ID card for verification. Due to a jam on the conveyor belt, I was instructed by the staff to drop my bag at another counter where I had to stand in line. In the confusion, the staff at the counter did not return my ID card.
Unfortunately, I realized that my ID card was missing only after clearing security. The security officer advised me that if I went back to retrieve the ID, I might miss my flight. I immediately contacted IndiGo customer care and their ground staff, who assured me that the issue would be expedited before boarding. However, I did not receive my ID card.
received a message instructing me to submit a lost and found complaint.
Could you please assist me in locating my ID card and advise on the next steps to retrieve it?
