I am writing regarding my upcoming flight from Mumbai to Oras, booked for January 23, 2024, under the booking reference VP7E66 from Alliance Air. Upon receiving my ticket (attached for your reference), I noticed a discrepancy in the flight timing.
No person to submit luggage on counter at T1 airport on 11th October
No proper information regarding any helpline nmbr. Terminal manager very rude. No help desk to sort out complaints. They tell dat counter will open at 3 am only. U have to wait outside with luggage
