Immigration Line and counters needs to be improved

Today It took me almost 2.5/3 hours from check in to gate. Even after coming 3 hours earlier we got to Gate just 5 mins before boarding. The Queues are not managed properly at Security check and Immigration check. Immigration

The lights are yellow and dull. Feels sad. No bright lights. Ac also not proper the temperature is set too high at check-in counter feels hot.such dull lights all around. Kindly get light meter to check.
