I reached 40 minutes before departure still they did not allow me to go for boarding saying boarding gate is closed and I did not have boarding pass they did not give me boarding pass I told them that I have hand baggage only and i am with my son they refused me to give boarding pass and suggested to take a next flight , I told them I have another transport to take from Delhi which is already scheduled on given time getting late will lead to loss of money and time still they did not listen to me and forced me take another flight one hour later..and I had to pay extra 6000 for the same ,, I am a regular indigo flyer, travels 3 to 4 times every month for work purpose but I am facing a bad experience and non co operation from indigo.
