Rude immigration officer

Very long ques after arrival of international flightsl

We arrived to mumbai airport on 9.2.23 by EMIRATES Flight at 0230 hrs. We were provided wheelchairs and there was a separate counter for wheelchair passangers. It took around 3.0 hours for us to get out simply because they clubbed

Immigration too much delay

After landing to come out from airport in immigration it takes 3 hours . Worst management. Kindly request improve our services.

Immigration line and staff

Incredibly rude staff. The man told us to move to the new line which then proceeded to take over an hour although it was a short line and told us it was our choice to move lines. Immigration man himself

45 minutes to clear departure immigration

Immigration counters not being staffed. 50% or more not active leading to more than 45 mins for immigration at terminal 2. We expect better from Mumbai and terminal 2.
