Dear Mumbai Airport team,
I would like to express sincere appreciation to Namira M working at Mumbai Airport, who TREMENDOUSLY helped my journey from Dubai to Singapore with a stop in Mumbai on 29 September. Dubai Duty Free store forgot to seal my bottle of liquid, and I almost had to discharge a valuable gift to my close friend, purchased in the airport. Namira was extremely helpful, supportive and calm – she proactively came up with a solution to my problem, engaging XFN staff and looking for a fix to the problem. She was able to solve it perfectly, by checking in my luggage despite other staff immediately discarding my issue as impossible. Namira was then kind enough to show me around the airport, walking around the food court area, and escorted me to the gate, making sure my luggage was taken on board. I have never experienced such kindness and thoughtfulness of airport staff before, and I hope Namira is acknowledged and rewarded for her incredible understanding of customers’ problems and willingness to go an extra mile to find innovative solutions to complex problems, despite negligence of another airport.
