The immigration process is extremely disorganised. It’s been 2 hours and we’re still in line. There is no system to this process nor any ventilation in this area. It is worse than being on a bus stop. As citizens of India we demand a better process & system in one of the busiest airports of our country. We need an explanation to this experience, and I would like to speak to an appropriate person to voice this concern.
Extremely unorganised immigration
- Remove jet sprays from toilets with commode at CSIA to improve hygiene and portray cleanliness
- Huge waiting lines at the international departure immigration lines
