Boarding at gate 48 for the AI 131 from Mumbai to London on 31/3/2023 was grossly mismanaged. People were corralled into an area prior to boarding but not actually allowed to board the plane as the access to the escalators

Security formalities are taking too much longer time than the usual time. No digiyatra facilities

I have concern about airport of mumbai My flight from new delhi to winnipeg via mumbai airport on 3 march 2023 but the air india staff didn’t transfer my luggage to airplane

Travelled from SFO to Mumbai in business class. Flight was great but the experience at the immigration counter was terrible. There was only 1, sometimes 2 people at the counter and people had to wait > 2hrs even in business

We are standing since paise 20 mins for immigration check out but still only 2 people are sitting on the counter for clearance. How could 500-1000 customers suffer due to scarcity of staff.

Dear Team, always we are getting huge Crowd on Emigration Counter and Some of Emigration Counter are Closed. We have to catch another Transport to reach our Destination. So please give us good service to us.

There is no help from staff if someone is stuck at the pathetic machine which checks the boarding pass n opens the gate. And for gare number 40 B, the Air Conditioner is not working, people have to come all

Please do something to reduce the traffic at taxi toll at terminal one.
